Payment
Payment structure
Terms of payment is set in 4 installments as follows:
1. Reservation fee: 1000 eur
2. After 15 days: a deposit of 40% on signing the preliminary contract.
3. A mid payment of 40 % upon completion of roof rough (Act 14).
4. Final payment of 20 % upon permission for usage of the building(Аct 16).
All payments will be made via bank transfer, all charges at buyer's expenses.
Additional cost:
4-5% - notary public and local municipality tax
1.5% - lawyer's fee
Property tax - paid annually, determined by the local authorities.
