Payment
Terms of payment is set in 4 installments as follows:
1. Reservation fee: 1000 euros
2. After 15 days: a deposit of 40% on signing the prelimi nary contract.
3. A mid payment of 40 % on completion of shell.
4. Final payment of 20 % on signing of final contract.
